How to Use: Shake bottle well. Using the dropper, draw up the desired amount of CBD oil. Drop the oil under tongue and allow to dissolve for about 30 seconds. If using CBD oil for the first time, start with 1/4 dropper (0.25 mL) and then gradually increase the dose until you reach your desired effect.
