Amount of CBD: 1,600 mg CBD per 8 ounce jar

How to Use: Fill basin with desired amount of warm or hot water (personal preference). Sprinkle in desired amount of bath salts (no more than 1 cup for a standard bath) into the warm water and use your hand to stir the water to help dissolve the grains. Step into basin where you then relax and enjoy for at least 30 minutes or until water cools down.
